1. Acceptance of Terms

If you are accessing u888ph on behalf of any entity, organization, or third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, and that such entity agrees to be responsible for any breach of these Terms by you or any other person using the account registered in the entity's name.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You agree to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by u888ph. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or permanent account closure.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your u888ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your password, login credentials, or account access with any other person.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public computers.

You acknowledge and accept that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. u888ph shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to maintain account security, except in cases where such loss results from proven negligence or willful misconduct by u888ph.

3.2 Account Activity Monitoring

u888ph employs automated systems and manual review processes to monitor account activity for suspicious patterns, potential fraud, violation of these Terms, or other irregular behavior. You consent to such monitoring and agree that u888ph may temporarily suspend, restrict, or permanently close accounts that exhibit concerning activity patterns, pending investigation and resolution.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

u888ph accepts deposits through various payment methods popular among Filipino players, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers from Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, LandBank, and others), cryptocurrency transfers (USDT), over-the-counter payment centers (7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier), and such other methods as u888ph may add or remove at its sole discretion from time to time.

4.2 Deposit Requirements and Limitations

All deposits to u888ph must meet the following requirements:

• Deposits must originate from payment accounts or financial instruments registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

The platform reserves the right to split large withdrawals into multiple installments paid over several days or weeks at its discretion.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

The certified game configuration and backend records are authoritative in all disputes.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using u888ph services. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false information, using stolen payment methods, creating accounts with fraudulent identities, or any form of deception intended to gain unfair advantage or access to u888ph services.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information that provides unfair advantage in multiplayer games, or engage in any form of team play in games designed for individual competition.

• Money Laundering: Depositing funds to u888ph with the primary intention of transferring, disguising, or concealing the origin of funds through minimal or strategic wagering followed by withdrawal, rather than genuine gaming entertainment.
• Offensive Conduct: Engaging in harassment, abuse, discrimination, or threatening behavior toward u888ph staff, other players, or third parties through chat functions, support communications, or any other platform interaction.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise determine source code, algorithms, or operational methodologies of u888ph software, games, or systems.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension

u888ph may temporarily suspend your account without prior notice if we suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, security concerns, or other irregular behavior requiring investigation. During suspension, you will be unable to log in, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. u888ph will notify you of the suspension and, where appropriate, provide information about the investigation and steps required for account reinstatement.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

You may voluntarily close your u888ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure:

• All pending bonuses and wagering requirements will be voided.
• Your remaining account balance, minus any bonus funds, will be available for withdrawal subject to standard withdrawal procedures.
• Account closure typically processes within 7 business days of the request.

9.3 Involuntary Termination

10. Limitation of Liability

While u888ph strives to provide uninterrupted service, you acknowledge and accept that the platform may experience temporary downtime, server outages, maintenance periods, or connectivity issues beyond our control. u888ph is not liable for any losses, missed betting opportunities, or inability to access services resulting from technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or force majeure events.

10.2 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, u888ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount you deposited to your u888ph account in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 No Consequential Damages

u888ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use or inability to use u888ph services, even if u888ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Dispute Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of u888ph services, you must first attempt resolution through our internal dispute process by contacting customer support with detailed information about the dispute. u888ph will investigate and respond to your complaint within 14 business days under normal circumstances.

11.2 PAGCOR Escalation

If you are dissatisfied with u888ph's internal resolution of your dispute, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution division. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, u888ph is subject to PAGCOR oversight and will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or arbitration proceeding.

11.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes not resolved through internal processes or PAGCOR arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

12. Changes to Terms

u888ph reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via email notification, platform announcement, or prominent notice on the website at least 14 days before the changes take effect, unless immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance.

Your continued use of u888ph services following notification of Terms changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must cease using u888ph services and may close your account subject to the withdrawal of any remaining legitimate balance.
